In order for us to recommend the best solution for you, we first need to visit your site where we will make an initial visual inspection and discuss your requirements.  During our initial visit we will discuss the next steps with you, depending on your needs.  Usually the initial inspection is followed by a second visit to carry out percolation tests and a trial test whole, we use the findings from this to determine the best solution for you.  Following the percolation test we will make our recommendations for the best solution for your requirements, we will then use these recommendations to provide a quote for the works.  Upon acceptance of our quote we require a deposit to order the required tank, this is when we will arrange a date to carry out the works.  On completion of the installation of your new septic tank, or treatment plant, the balance is due.  We strive to complete all work in a timely manner and our attention to detail is second to none, we thoroughly consider all aspects of your installation and always leave your site in a tidy condition.
